How a South-West Sydney provider went from half-empty homes to a waiting list by reaching the coordinators who actually place participants.
A SIL provider opened two new homes in Sydney’s south-west and assumed the NDIS demand statistics would do the rest. Five months later, four of six places were still empty. Every empty week was costing them, and their only marketing was a Facebook page.
The first placement came from coordinator outreach in week 7, before the SEO had fully landed. By month five all four vacancies were filled, with a mix of coordinator referrals and direct family enquiries, and the provider now keeps a waitlist for its next home. The campaign continues as a Scale plan.
