Our definitions

How we measure, so you can compare

Marketing case studies are easy to inflate. These are the definitions behind every number above.

Enquiry

A form submission, call or email from someone with NDIS funding (or a coordinator acting for them) about a service the provider offers in a region they service. Spam, job applications and general noise excluded.

Participant

Counted only when a service agreement is signed. Not “leads”, not “conversations”, not pipeline.

Attribution

Call tracking, form source data and a “how did you hear about us” field on every enquiry. Anything that cannot be attributed cleanly is left out.
Why some studies are anonymised: in a market this competitive, providers do not always want their growth playbook attached to their brand. The numbers, screenshots and timelines behind every study are available in full on a call.
